Pre-Production
Once we have assessed your project needs - usually after one or two meetings - we can provide you with a proposal outlining the purpose of the video and a cost estimate. This is a ballpark figure based on the estimated days of on-location videotaping, any graphics/animations that need to be designed, scriptwriting, music, the number of duplications etc., all effect the production cost.
This phase also includes the Scriptwriting and Consulting. A script includes the talent's lines, the visuals - such as camera shots, graphics, animation - and any other information important to the project. The script is the blue print or road map for the actual video production.
The pre-production phase is very important - the time spent pre-planning will save time, money and eliminate hassles further down the road.
